Precision Optical Components Industry benefited from the rise of emerging applications as well. In this case study of L Co.,Ltd. is the most successful one. The study takes L Co.,Ltd. company as a single case and uses qualitative research which based on the collected data and experts interview. Regarding the content, I discussed the relevance of optics and photoelectricity first. Next i elaborated technology, development and current status of Precision Optical Components Industry. After that, i aimed at this case study and design the outline of interview through Five Forces Analysis, SWOT analysis, business strategy theory. Finally I summed up all opinions of experts to make conclusions and suggestions. I analyzed business strategies of the case study as below:specialization, cultivating professional field of product development, following the trend , high penetration of products, consideration ahead of customers all the time, innovating competitive products for customers, grasping the independent development of the technology and equipment of core competence, internal training, keeping core technology in Taiwan.
