ndltd-TW-103TIT052240192019-07-17T03:54:21Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/z99pwc Developing Green Building Assessment System of Existing Collective Housing in Taipei 建構既有集合住宅綠建築評估系統-以臺北市為例 Zhen-Miao Liao 廖真妙 碩士 國立臺北科技大學 建築與都市設計研究所 103 In the face of excessive exploitation of city leading to environmental load, we carry on sustainable operation of building as the common goal worldwide; Taipei urban development is patterned to be an index city with high population density, where it develops mainly in the existing collective housing, and houses with more than 16 years even account for 85%; however, in case that a large number of existing collective housing failed to renovate and maintain well, the performance will decline to be unusable gradually over time, which might cause impact on the environment; therefore, this study targeted Taipei existing collective housing as the subjects to discuss process of renovation and maintenance, incorporated with design practices of green building, introduced concepts and education pertaining to architect energy saving &; waste reduction, recycle of energy resources, health and comfort, and low-carbon life; firstly, we collected relevant literature for review and analysis, developed preliminary assessment factors and hierarchical structure; then used Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to screen out assessment factor agreed upon experts, further confirming the hierarchical structure; at last, we obtained a weight value and sequence at all levels of the project by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), constructing four assessing dimensions including building ecological environment, saving energy and reducing waste, healthy and comfortable living environment and low-carbon life, ten evaluations and forty-five assessment factors. The results of research show that experts emphasize saving energy built in the building and facilities, as well as robust disposition of wastes, creating a healthy and comfortable living environment with ecological balance through life education and management of policy; in order to achieve both residential and sustainable management purposes, it is recommended to enhance residents’ awareness in living environment through relevant low-carbon life education, developing policy and implement management and maintenance; we expect the existing collective housing to extend life of use through robust renovation and maintenance, thereby improving the overall living environment and creating a sustainable low-carbon city.
