To improve the bandwidth limitation of the switching amplifier and the poor efficiency of the linear amplifier at back-off, a variety of hybrid architectures have been used in this thesis which is parallel combined linear and switching amplifiers. The linear amplifier is implemented by a class-AB for efficiency improvement, additional buck converter, which provides a dynamically varying supply. Static power supply voltage for power amplifier with a higher peak-to-average power ratio, it caused the efficiency is poor, and power loss caused chipset heated.
