Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 103 === The electric bill is higher and higher lead environmental consciousness to rise, the issue about how to save the building’s air-conditioning energy more efficiently and reduce the impact of comfort in the environment inside the building is very worth to discuss. This paper proposed a design of “air-conditioning load shedding controller” and “PMV Predictive Fuzzy Controller” which combine Predictive Fuzzy Controller and Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) as comfort level index of interior space environment which is established by ASHRAE Standard 55. It can keep power consumption degree lower than objective value and control indoor environment in an ideal range. PMV Predictive Fuzzy Controller can apply to office buildings, research buildings, schools and home. Besides air-conditioning we also install lighting equipment controller and scheduling the power usage. Use the Control Center as a platform to integrate air conditioning controllers, lighting controllers and Monitoring equipment through RS-485 network and Ethernet, the development of a highly operational, stability and monitoring the effectiveness of the integrated Regional air-conditioning and lighting energy saving control systems, thus achieving the purpose of reducing electricity costs.
