Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 103 === Punching finished section was divided into four zones, usually determine the length of section quality burnish zone of the material processed. while the literature shows that step taper-shaped punch morn then the traditional punch can significantly improve the quality section. therefore this study used finite element analysis and inquire into step taper-shaped punch to press the influence of the parameter upon the cross section quality of aluminum material and manufacturing process. In this study, while taking advantage of Taguchi quality design method to find out on the burnish zone of the optimal combination of process parameters, design factors are built off of each of the three levels blankholder force, clearance, round and angles and using L9 orthogonal table experiment; the longer the better the quality on behalf of burnish zone, so uses larger the better of S / N ratio calculation and analysis, Taguchi experimental method preliminary results show via step taper-shaped punch design parameters using blankholder force of 100kN, clearance 0.03mm, 0.10mm round and angle of 2 degrees to burnish zone length of 2.41mm, representing an increase of 8.07% of the original design, to build off of each factor to influence the clearance on the quality characteristics of the largest contribution was 42.77% , followed by the angle of the contribution rate of 40.95%, the contribution rate rounded of 10.52% and blankholder force contribution rate of 5.75%.
