Overall the company operation performance is stable and steady, market target is clear. Encounter the ASEAN + 6 critical timing impact, Thailand accounted geographical advantage opportunity. In the mean time, it bounds to bring more scaled and quality companies added competition in the economic zone. Therefore from the industry supply chain top, middle and lower reaching of the well-known companies to summarize the interview in response to environmental changes, company goal setting, organization structure, organization capability, product strategy, performance management and the business model running. Type of operation, as a reference to draft the company’s growth strategy valuably and refer to the relevant industries and similar companies.The study conclusions for company&;#39;s growth strategy includes seven keycharacters for cooperation activities: Insight into environment change,Grasp customer needs, Create customers satisfaction, Construct the sustainable advantage, First stronger then bigger, Beneficial to all and to create value,Charity leaders and organization structure.
