Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 103 === This article describe that the simulation of residual compressive stress on the surface of strengthened glass panel by Finite Element Method (FEM), and to analyze the effect on the rigidity, bending stress, ball drop impact and drop impact with residual stress. Use static analysis with ANSYS to simulate the residual stress on glass panel surface, simulate 4-point-bending test to analyze the effect of bending stress with surface residual stress, the natural frequency analysis to know the rigidity change of glass panel after strengthening. Impact stress is discussed using dynamitic analysis through ANSYS/LS-DYNA with ball drop and drop impact simulation to understand the effect of surface residual stress. During the simulation, the surface residual stress shall be set as pre-stress, therefore, need to use implicit-to-explicit type in ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The result shows that through the thermal stress simulation use ∆t=1075 ℃could obtain 700 MPa residual compressive stress on glass panel surface; The rigidity of strengthened glass panel changed to be lower compare with before; the residual compressive stress could balance the tensile stress during bending and drop impact.
