But by doing that, the observation is still not objective enough, so we will need a device to make speed more accurately. This research paper designed and developed a running speed training system for athletes or general users to understand if their running speed reached their training goal visually. This system applied Bluetooth 4.0 (Bluetooth Low Energy technique) to the ground lights. These ground lights then were installed to the running field. In order to see the training effect, the users needed to use handheld devices or wore wristband device which have Bluetooth Low Energy technique. These devices reflect the different running speed setting to the ground lights. When the lights light up, it shows that the users reach the goal for their running training. 林 震 黃榮堂 學位論文 ; thesis 0
