To achieve the aim of this study, through in-depth interviews, we have had deep discussion with executives and middle-level managers who is in charge with off-campus internship for technological universities and colleges&;#39; students in foreign companies. Interview data provided by interviewees is organized into interview transcript. Through comparative research, the conclusion in this research are as follows: 1.The recruitment ways of the Foreign Internship Institution are mainly focus on campus recruit, company’s official websites, and 104 human resources agency websites. 2.The Foreign Internship Institution will examine recruiters’ resumes online and then hold situational interviews. 3.If the wages of Foreign Internship Institution are higher than the government’s monthly minimum wage, except stock dividend, recruiters will receive other welfare comparing with permanent employees. 4.The manners of evaluation in the Foreign Internship Institution will mainly focus on hierarchical evaluation and 360-degree feedback. 5.The Foreign Internship Institution provides the guidance form mentor and it also offers professional training and soft skill training courses for the interns to participate voluntarily. 6.The Foreign Internship Institution emphasizes the personal traits like initiative extraversion and teamwork cooperation. 7.The Foreign Internship Institution emphasizes the importance of the soft skills such as organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills.
