However, the impact of pollutants on the reliability of IDC room is considered to lead to much greater losses once it happens than the saving by energy conservation. Air pollutants can cause electronic devices failure, such as friction loss, short circuit and creeping corrosion, although the impact is not immediate issue, but will be a comprehensive breakdown and cause unpredictable loss. Therefore, the IDC room managers must pay attention to this issue and the early implementation of preventive measures. IDC room is different from general clean room, which is highly airtight. The IDC room can&;#39;t prevent infiltration, and infiltration is the main source of pollution. A slightly positive pressure is suggested, while external air is filtered and mixed with recirculation air inside the room. If IDC room with air-economizer, higher efficiency filters are necessary.
