Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學學系企業經營碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study focuses on training program for life insurance agents and trainee’s recognition of the courses to assist life insurance companies to enhance the effect of training. A case study is done by questionnaire survey and analyzed using SPSS version 22.0 to find out trainee’s recognition of the courses in relation to Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, Habits (KASH). The analysis results are summarized as below. A).After finishing the courses in the training program under this study, trainee’s recognition of the underlying program is that it is designed mainly for learning professional knowledge. Courses in relation to skills are of secondary importance and only a few courses in relation to attitude and habits are covered in the underlying program. B).Analyzing the courses for each rank of trainee, most of the courses for agents are recognized as helping trainee to learn professional knowledge; for supervisors, assistant managers and managers, the majority of the courses are recognized as mainly skills-oriented courses. C).There’s no significant difference in trainee’s recognition of the underlying program in terms of five demographic variables (including gender, age, rank, education level, geographical area) respectively.
