This research used questionnaire entitled “An Investigation of the twelve-year compulsory education policy on Teachers''opinions in Junior High School in New Taipei City” to survey public and private junior high school teachers in NewTaipei City. In questionnaire aspect, the subjects are 602 teachers. The collected data were analyzed through the methods of descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA. The study draws the following conclusions: 1. The recognization of the Junior High School teachers in New Taipei City to the main goals of the twelve-year compulsory education policy is at middle level. 2. The recognization of the Junior High School teachers in New Taipei City to the revamped Admission Determination Factors of Taipei-New Taipei City -Keelung district exam-free admissions is at middle level. 3. After implementing the twelve-year compulsory education policy, in terms of the extent to which junior high school teachers identified with some aspects of the program, including curriculum, instruction, and evaluation, the degree that teachers agree with the policy is at higher middle level. 4. After implementing the twelve-year compulsory education policy, teachers'' self-reflections and changes through teaching process are at higher middle level. 5. Teachers with different education backgrounds have great statistical significant difference on how to practice the twelve-year compulsory education policy in Junior High School in New Taipei City.
