The sources include a 16 mm film, Betacam, DVD, photos, printed material, and personal interviews. Let the old and new, past and present, foreign and local, eastern and western, all work together to rediscover the historic changes in society.
The 16 mm film, ‘Healing and Preaching’, is the main source for this movie. I focus on the different stages of history to look at the changes in society. “Water” is the motif of whole movie. It is my wish that these old images will gain a new life and I hope that every viewer watching this movie will use personal memories to become an integral part of this work.
