Description
Summary:碩士 === 東南科技大學 === 營建科技與防災研究所在職專班 === 103 === With the progress of technical revolutions and times transition, the relationships surrounded by safety climate, safety performance for production capabilities, competition and survivability could not be ignored. Organizations, managements and employees must pay more perspectives to those issues. In recent years, many researches indicate that there are significantly correlations between integral safety climate and integral safety performance. Occupational health and safety performance indicators are considered with the reactive indicators such as monitoring accident/incident events or occupational diseases and the active indicators such as monitoring program achievements and standard accomplishments. Appropriate performance indicators should be examined in accordance with organizations properties to evaluate the performance of occupational health and safety management system. National chung-shan institute of science and technology, chemical systems research division (NCSIST, CSRD) was selected as an investigated object in this study. This study analyzed the statuses among interrelated safety and health indicators by the scientific statistical classification method. The data was converted into control mechanisms to promote the occupational safety and health management system, prevent occupational ill-health casualties and create safe working spaces.
