In this research use questionnaire to conduct case investigation and case studies of research methods, from the front line of constructer as a survey object, Discussion and analysis to identify the key points of the post-disaster occurred, proceed from the fundamental. Several conclusions obtained by questionnaire,
1. Laborers itself less educated, but not not pay attention to their own safety.
2. To know it 's no use , but keep on doing it,and choose the easy way. "attitude" remains positive lead.
3. The institution no mandatory constraints manufacturers emphasis on on-site labor safety and labor health matters.
4. Labor safety matters can be mainly attributed to the implementation of ineffective policies can not be implemented， and not given funds to the implementation of labor safety and health.
5. Regularly improvement measures and implement check mechanism, Develop a comprehensive labor safety and health systems.
