Service design is a combination of professional knowledge, tools and methods, a study involving various disciplines, as well as a new way of thinking. Because of the popularity of virtual channel, which caused the rapid development of E-commerce. In the mean time, not only did the consumption information spread rapidly, but also changed the way business operate. Thus, there is a new development in e-commerce. Business owners who only focused on virtual channel turn to be concerned about the operation of physical channel. Since O2O E-Commerce marketing mode has newly arisen in recent years, the domestic commercial circle has rarely initiated academic research. Because the past study about this part were lack, in this study hope for the concept O2O to create a O2O service explore model. However, with the growing diversity in the business, Innovation became the major task for corporate companies. With the growth of the Internet, there are many opportunities for entrepreneurs. However, existing competitors already have first-mover advantages; it makes it harder for new entries to compete with them.This paper proposes a new service design method, called Lean SDP, which integrates Service design tool into Lean Canvas. With this integration design, the service itself with the business model can both be achieved while satisfying suppliers’ needs for the provided services. This study would provide advices to startup, to help business model planning, accelerate Startup's Success. The aim of this study is: (1) to analyze O2O business model. (2) transform a standard tool procedure by SDP service design approach and Lean Canvas to analyze Online to Offline Business Model. (3) test and verify the methods, and conduct the analysis and design with actual examples. The thesis concludes by summarizing the values this new proposed business model design method creates, challenges of this approach, and some future work.
