However the enforcement rules are not completed. Hence, we try to provide an analysis framework in classical marketing management level under the Awareness Interest Evaluation Trial Adoption (AIETA) model, which was based on the suggestion of former beauty salon employees to china business owner, owner’s providing benefits and the architecture of employee’s willingness. We discussed the employees referred employment aspiration to the china business owner and analyzed the willingness of employment tendency as a case report after signing on the Cross-Strait Service Tade agreement. From the beginning, we collected data in accordance with the tendency of awareness, interests, and evaluation; then we compared these three factors with different population by Cross-sectional analysis to confirm the primary object of marketing. Further, we compared these three groups with background variance, personality traits, general factors of employment willingness, and tendency of employees to the China-funded enterprises. Finally, basing on our results of this study, we provided government institution and investors with the policy development and investment plan of beauty salons entrance in Taiwan. In conclusion, the tendency of employees were related with low age, low seniority, low social experience, and well education for purchasing the job from China-funded enterprises. Owner’s providing benefits, high level of jobs, and the opportunity of in advance were also affect the employee’s willness. Furthermore, the employees with extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience personalities were easier to accept the China-funded enterprises. Finally, We suggested that further investigation from large scale of employees and experiences from other Cross-Strait Services may promise this project in progression.
