"Shijing" is China's first poetry collection has originality, but also the ancient dynasties researchers trying to use new ideas new ideas from a wide viewing angles constantly uncovered, its rich aesthetic connotation and rich cultural heritage , showing the everlasting vitality. In this paper, "Shijing "symbolize the aesthetic of plants as the subject to discuss the " Shijing " as a theme chapter on plants and plant implicit in the poem.
First, the Zhou Dynasty sparsely populated, vast, very close relationship between man and nature, there is a strong dependence on the natural world. The majority of workers is mainly engaged in agricultural production, animal husbandry and hunting activities. The nature of the plant not only to provide a source of food and clothing the ancestors of, and become the subject of their poetry, so we can find out, struck the plant and human life, and therefore different kinds of plants and humans combine work, always showing a warm relationship between Chinese civilization and the natural world.
From the standpoint of plant research point of view, the message " Shijing " can offer, in addition to the ancestors of the use patterns of plants, reliance, but also hidden distribution of ancient plants and plant ecological characteristics description.
