Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 國民小學教師在職進修公民與社會教學碩士學位班 === 103 === In general, the meaning of marriage is to conform to social norms, in order to obtain the approval of spiritual needs and life extension. In recent years, the population of unmarried female has been increased more and more. Those also include the unmarried female teachers in junior high schools or elementary schools. It is understood that their cultivation, character, economy and life are all enviable. However, they also seem to be the representative character of "late marriage", "unmarried" and "single". The caused reasons may be from the native family, school colleagues, teaching environment, social trends, or media rendering, respectively. In this study, there are 12 unmarried female teachers in junior high schools or elementary schools in Taoyuan city to be the objects of study, their ages are from thirty to forty-five years old. We apply the in-depth interviews to be the method of qualitative research, and discuss sequentially on three topics in "the marriage view for unmarried female teachers", "the development on view of marriage for unmarried female teachers", "the life adaptation and development for unmarried female teachers", etc. According to the results in this study, we have three descriptions. The first is that the views of marriage for unmarried female teachers are "pursued, but not insisted" and "marriage is not the only option". The second is that the development on view of marriage for unmarried female teachers are "the criteria of mate selection with are different the outside world" and "the crowding of marriage gradient is caused on age of unmarried female teachers". The third is that though the unmarried female teachers still have the persecutions in "single discrimination" and "marriage gradient", they can confront and optimize to face the single life and confide in the future.
