Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 身心障礙教育研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to describe the teaching experience of the researcher in order to share with other novice teachers. The qualitative research method was used in this study. By self-describing, this study explored the experience of an elementary special education teacher taught as a regular education teacher. Teaching diaries, photos, films of activities and student’s diaries were collected and analyzed for discussion. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Everyone is equal in class, but the flexibility should be given according to individual’s needs. 2. The application of appropriate reinforcement can improve students’ performance. 3. A warm atmosphere in classroom can facilitate the communication among teacher and students. 4. Letting students learned in their own pace, they would become the masters of their own learning. 5. The cooperation among teacher, students and parents is very important on students’ learning. According to results of this study, the recommendations were given to special education and regular classroom teachers as well.
