Training of the core muscles Taekwondo Poomsae movement, in addition to control appropriate to display their strength and speed but also to maintain their balance and stability, so that action can be smoothly carried out smoothly, it shows the importance of core stability. Objective: This study investigated the effect of balance of core training for Taekwondo Poomsae. Methods: This study enrolled 16 Taekwondo athletes performed eight weeks after the end of a special core training courses were divided into experimental group eight day training, eight served as a control group without additional training. In Fuller Advanced Balance Scale test data before and after. Statistical analysis: t test for independent samples to compare between the two groups before training, after the rate of progress of the test results, the statistical significance level to α = .05. Results: The study of specific core training of standing around there is significant progress. Recommendations: 1. The study of specific core training only standing around there is significant progress, no other significant advances in capability, so to strengthen the balance to core training, then this study shall be assessed more.
