Via the experience of applying physical activities in teaching Scouts as well as peer observations in class, the researcher obtained deeper understanding in her students’ change in learning motivation, physical performance and abilities of social interaction. In this study, the researcher upheld the spirit of curriculum development in action research that included conducting program execution, reflection, and revision of the continuous spiral loop qualification process. Research data consisted of observation, students’ feedback, teacher’s reflections, interviews, and critical friends' perspective sharing. The results of research revealed that: (A) Teacher's professional growth and reflections: 1. Enhance language-using abilities; 2. Increase site problem solving behaviors; and 3. Begin a bold attempt. (B) Study participants after receiving physical activities instruction: 1. Raise the frequency of peer interaction, peer acceptance, and teamwork; 2. Increase learning motivation; 3.
