According to the progress in changes in Zhunan and Toufen, Miaoli County, the researcher is interested in the consumers’decision, as far as the teachers and public office workers are concerned. Most interviewees were expecting to own their houses, while army officers valued finance investments the most. As a result, real-estate factors may interact with one another .This survey results may help the subjects to consider their needs to make their future housing choices.
