It changed from hand writing grading sheet applying 20-point must system to automated boxing scoring system, to individual scoring applying 10-point must system; their occurrences are resulted from the specific background characteristic of times and are marked as the revolution for the sport. The change of scoring system always aims at pursuing to develop a fair game, attracting more coaches, player, even audiences to participate into the sport with extraordinary strength and esthetics. The fairness of hand writing grading sheet applying 20-point must system once was doubted. In 1988 Summer Olympics, hold at Seoul, Korea, the Boxing Sport reeled from a scandal concerning unfair judgment. The scandal almost made boxing sport being ruled out from Olympics. Accordingly, the International Boxing Association changed the scoring system to automated boxing scoring system. Every point to score takes a lot of effort. A clean punch shall be scored by more than three scorers at the same time. The 5 scorers, judges, and timer are blind to the scores for two players. The score will be accumulated and only be shown to the players, coaches and the audiences. Every hit on the score button by the scorer will be recorded. If one player has got 10 points in a round, the chief judge will end the game directly. Should a player foul constantly, he will be took off two scores to protect the safety of the players. The scoring system was considered to be fair. The 10-point must system was implemented from Jun. 2013. The judge on stage is allowed to touch the body of the players and the players in college and non-student group are no longer need to wear the helmet. The change of t he rules aims to bring together the game and professional competition and modernized this ancient game by making it less brutal. The study applies the qualitative research method, analyzing the narrative collected from participants, such as judges and players. The analysis are verified by participants and peer workers to establish the credibility. The subjects of the paper are the grade 3 international judge, CHEN, JIN-MIN, and LIU, MIN-LI, and the grade 2 judges YANG, SI-JEN, and national coach, HSIO, MIN-CHI, and JAN, CHIN-YUN, and the player, CHANG, WEI-JEN. The result of the study suggests that to pursue the fairness of the scoring system is always the motivation of the development of new scoing system. The study reviews the changes of the scoring system and points out the advantages and shortcoming of the current 10-point must system.
