Through the interview with construction professionals, we identified that the issues with project revenue status during execution are eager to be resolved, but current system can not accomplish this goal. This study adopted system analysis and design approach in a case-integrated information system, which aims at case design customized to solve the problem from company. A three-step study was developed for this purpose. In the first step, the related data was collected and organized, and business workflow was explored with the use of system analysis to design system prototype. In the second step, this research clarified the manner of data processing and the construction steps of data sheet by E-R model. In the third step, the researcher draw the system layout by using PowerPoint UI Prototyping Bundle, so that communication between users and system developers can be bond, and make the system more complete. Systems analysis and design activities were conducted on the basis of planning four major system. Before applying budget management information system, building owners contract bids and implementation of the budget must be finished. Moreover, in order to implement progress control information system, the established project schedule and daily activity report need to be collected. Lastly, engineering revenue search information system is applied to collate income and expenditure information. From conclusion, the existing cases of company information system is not essential for practical purposes, to realize engineering revenue in an effective way, the future development toward a new integrated system for problem solving is inevitable.
