reasonable use, which illustrates that the finished work should be protected by
copyright and the certain degree of derivative work can be protected as well. In terms
of derivative work; the qualification of the protection, practices and the law are
neither confirmed nor clear. Therefore; in this case, the connection between derivative
work and reasonable use is the further viewpoint.
This research demonstrates that the concept and the content between the
copyright and the derivative work. Moreover; there is the further analysis concerning
the rule of derivative work and reasonable use by means of the legislation home and
abroad and the judgment practices, providing relative ways and suggestions.
