That is the announcement of this paper to explore the behavior of current food safety and health management as stipulated in the Act, regardless of their legal authority complement system via the content of the announcement or regulations related to food safety information announcement mused in the study of the scope of this paper to discuss the announcement the legal nature of the act and its remedies.
