TRIZ can help to assist design issues of universal design, product innovation, development and patent application. It is an academia competing investment issues in the last annual. The purpose is to meet the public aspiration of making the universal design product more innovative, useful and easy to use. Also, apply the patent to protect the R & D results of valuable, profitable universal design.. To achieve the goal of innovative design and patent application, the purpose of this study will apply TRIZ Theory to construct the innovative design parameters, and the parameters corresponding with TRIZ. Further, propose the TRIZ contradiction matrix and innovative principle for the authorities as a reference to improve the quality of the school product. Therefore, this study is mainly foucus on product innovation, universal design, and approval of new patent applications. By applying literature analysis and TRIZ to manage the product innovation and common design features, this study aggregated analysis of the case for introducing write new patent. Also, this study can give with reference to the review of new patent drafting process, which can help to make the early completion of the patent application. I-Long Lin, Ph.
