Performance assessment can evaluate the success of the implementation of management by objectives. "Performance" is the "target reached" level, organizations have to implement MBO system to achieve their goals. MBO can be through the planning, implementation, review, evaluation, feed-back system to improve employee and organizational performance outcomes, the work attitude and development of employee can be concerned at the same time. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors which are effect the MBO of engine maintenance department .The analysis of the factors on the specific characteristics of employee performance. The main method of this study is questionnaires, and supplemented with literature exploration. The results of this study as follow: 1."Performance management "to" improve performance "has a significant positive effect. 2. Performance management to "encourage colleagues" has a significant positive effect. 3.“Regularly review and feedback system" to "encourage employee" have a significant positive effect 4"Team leadership" to "improve performance." There is a significant positive effect.
