This thesis is to analyze Air Products business performance in global competitive environments, give timely recommendations to accomplish more competitive advantages, and predict its profit for next five years.
Firstly, in the thesis, according to the review of past literatures and the case study method, expose global gas industries’ phenomena. Secondly, adopt Michael E. Porter strategies management’s method to analyze Air Products business strategies.Finally, use its official financial reports and announcements to shareholders in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) open market as this thesis data base.
Re-organization makes positive reflections in NYSE market. In order to keep its competitive abilities, suggest Air Products should keep its advantages and improve weaknesses in sales, cost and operations.
