International Medical is the world's emerging high-value market integration across the industry, according to US government noted that the International Medical Tourism industry output value amounted $ 40 billion, and there are growing year by year trend, estimated compound annual growth rate will reach 15%. Domestic medical institutions of the Taiwan Medical Tourism medical beauty, health checks and other items have a high degree of interest, Taiwan also have highly professional medical standards, if passage through the medical and non-medical to marketing through the following two business models, connecting countries sightseeing source tourism promotion of health and medical services, as an entry point for future development of the Taiwan medical Tourism will be able to play an effective integration of resources and synergy. Due to the wide range of international medical industry involves many dimensions and complex factors, this study using qualitative analysis of interviews for policy planning, in order to facilitate the marketing of overcoming bottlenecks encountered in today's Taiwan. But how can efficiently assist the integration of different industries, to help the industry output value of the construction of the best business model is an important challenge in this research field. In this thesis, "Taiwan Medical Tourism Marketing Strategy Analysis of" taking literature review, market data analysis and qualitative analysis, through interviews with experts manner, the relevant industry representatives conduct in-depth interviews and analysis; this study also proposed marketing strategy for each industry, Eli overcome the bottleneck problems of implementation, to achieve the integration of resources and services of international medical innovation, process design, service demonstration, to achieve synergy marketing Taiwan medical Tourism.
