| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 103 === The purpose of this thesis is to develop a Graceful Aging Services System Effect Evaluation Model. A review of the past literature found that aging population is a trending issue. Aging population not only affects the elder but also closely everyone. In addition, current research is still unable to meet the needs of the elderly, leading to a difficulty for the elder to use available resources to reach graceful aging. Therefore, this thesis combines the nine elder needs of Chinese culture to construct a model of Graceful Aging Services System Effect Evaluation, and through the model to assess the environments and elder satisfaction. The model contents outside-in: Graceful Aging Environments Construction, Graceful Aging Environments Evaluation, Graceful Aging Strategy Operating and Planning, Graceful Aging Satisfaction Assessment. Based on this, it is expected this thesis can help the society build up a Graceful environment via objective assessment, promoting the elder to operate the Graceful Aging Strategy. At last, the effect could be evaluated via the Satisfaction assessment.
