Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 103 === There is no significant difference on functions performance between the same type of products produced by each enterprise. Therefore, the appearance of products and customer cognition become the accordance of decision making that whether customers would purchase or not. It is apparently that production concept and designing method led by technology in the past cannot satisfy the demand of customers’ consumption. The product development should be customer-led in the future and products should be provided to satisfy the subjective feelings and mental demand timely, so that can make sure new products can be accepted by the market and create more profit. This study has been divided into three phases. The first phase is the application of the Kensei Engineering. Collect the product information and adjective vocabulary, then used the Quantification Theory Type I to analyze the relationship between the features of design and adjective vocabulary by quantified the sensibility of the customer experience to the product. The second phase used the hedonic price method to analyze the relevance of the features of design and the value of the product. The third phase considered the characteristics of design feature and constraints to make the decision between material and manufacturing program. Then evaluated the value and cost of the program to find the best combination of features benefit program. With design features as the basis for product development, establish a features design patterns consider the customer experience and process planning and integrate the value and costs as a product benefit design discussion, in order to make the ultimate product design to meet the customer preference demand. Such pattern achieves product value enhancement, reduce production costs and create a more competitive combination of product design features.
