Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 化學工程與材料科學學系 === 103 === In this study, the K-compound as a support structure of MH hydrogen storage particles that MH hydrogen storage particles are uniformly dispersed in a compound of holes. Investigate the MH hydrogen storage particles soaked and impregnated by different wt.% PTFE solution, after it We found that the MH will siltation into the group; MH were immersed by 5 wt% / 10 wt% / 15 wt% PTFE solution was found that the surface of MH produce a layer of PTFE, douring the reaction, the PTFE layer effectively block K-compound precursor (A agent and B agent) close MH, but PTFE is a heat well-insulation material if add excess, the tank is not easy to balance internal and external temperature and lower hydrogen storage efficiency. We finally found not subject to any pre-treatment and just using only K-compound mixed MH make the sample maximum height of the sample, and SEM and EDX observed the phenomenon of hydrogen storage without K-compound coated on the surface of particles. After the hydrogen storage tests we found K-MH hydrogen storage capacity up to 0.55%, and when added 0.01 wt.% silica, hydrogen storage capacity increase to 1.25 wt.%. We thought by addition silica increased overall thermal conductivity to make hydrogen storage capacity has increased significantly.
