The achievement by 4 types of approaches to assist the reading success of children in the elementary grades: Administration planning in school、the professional development of teacher、class management、Parents co-reading. The strategy by using in-depth interview, interviews from 4 public schools, total of 13 persons, Including Direction, Section Chief, Homeroom Teacher, and Parents. By pre-collection data and the information of the interview, worked out the following conclusions: In administration of school: It co-operated with the education policy and promoted the reading activities. School encourages teachers to study advance also encourages students to participate in the reading activities. However, the dilemma still appears on gathering a common view in school, improvement of reading corner, student participation rate, and the attitude of teachers. In class management: It is effective that teachers encourage students to have a habit of reading. As in the teaching technique of reading, some teachers begin to combine the strategy of promoting reading skill of children with curriculums. Unfortunately, a few teachers can’t realize the patterns systematically. In parents co-reading: It is limited because of many parents can’t co-operate. Parents thought promoting this program will be more helpful by playing the role model, accompanying with kids, and starting in early years. Hoping schools can increase the time of reading and decrease the stress of it.
