The subject that was conducted in this study was the number of employees currently working at Nauru’s government office, in which 46 of the employees were chosen by convenience sampling. The data were used for analyzing the effect of implementing office automation and its effect on performance of employees. The aim of this current study was to investigate the casual relationship between automation office technology and organizational performance. Moreover, to analyze the data, Pearson’s correlation analysis and chi-square were used. The findings revealed that the implementation of office automation has positive significant relationship with the organizational performance. Based on these findings it is concluded that pursuing office automation will lead to the appropriate performance of employees. However, there was no significant relationship with one other variable among other groups. It can be suggested that the improvement of office automation in different organizations on the Republic of Nauru will not only alter the nature of office work but also enhance the efficiency of current office procedures.
