| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 103 === Military wireless communication technology is evolving rapidly, and countries frequently demonstrate their new technical products through multimedia and exhibitions. However, the high uncertainties associated with these products and the extreme security required for such military systems increase the risk of failure in military system development, acquisition, and integration. Acquiring the desired wireless communication products through an effective decision-making process and project management is critical.
This case study describes how a project manager guides a professional team in cooperating with internal manufacturers for developing a new communication system. The system was accomplished successfully through project planning, coordinative communication, human control, quality control, and technical integration. The outcome received public appreciation at the 2014 Taipei Aerospace &; Defense Technology Exhibition.
