| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 財務金融暨會計碩士班(會計學程) === 103 === Globalization has been more significant and more popular phenomenon currently. Promoting the enterprise performance through social network has become the key of the business success. Owning to the advance of technology and liberalization of trade, the trade barrier has already gradually disappeared. The foreign enterprises’ investment becomes the main power to promote the growth of global economic; hence the social network among those enterprises must have its own value to research. In our research, I take the China’s foreign enterprises as our candidates, classing by board interlock and region make use of data envelopment analysis methodology to conduct the input and output variables and, finally, analyze the relation between the social network and the company efficiency by regression model. The result indicates that the foreign enterprises that have higher interlock with their independent director and invest in top 9 areas will performance better. Furthermore, foreign enterprises with no relationship between board interlock and company efficiency.
