Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 104 === This work mainly used anionic polymerization to synthesize penta-block copolymer of styrene and 1,3-butadiene having narrow polydispersity and varying styrenic-block proportion (e.g. Big ends type and Middle big type) in the nonpolar solution, including 30%, 60%, 85% of polystyrene contain and about 60,000 of molecular weight. First, we used the sec-butyllithium as the initiator to synthesize the polystyrenyllithium in cyclohexane, and then we added the different weight of 1,3-butadiene and styrene monomers sequentially to synthesize the varying styrenic –block proportion of penta-block copolymer. Finally we sent the copolymer to ITRI to do the fully hydrogenation reaction resulting in the cyclic block copolymer (CBC). The composition, thermal properties and physical properties of the copolymer were analyzed by GPC, NMR, FTIR, TGA, DSC and DSR to study the property difference before and after hydrogenation.
