One way to improve organizational adaptability is both organization itself and all employees keep on learning. The purpose of the study is to explore: (1) the relationship between self-efficacy and proactive activities. (2) the mediating effect of knowledge sharing between self-efficacy and proactive activities. The independent variable is self efficacy, dependent variable is proactive activities, and moderator variable is knowledge sharing. The research takes traditional lock industry in southern region of Taiwan as sampling main body proceeding questionnaire survey. This research had sent out 300 questionnaires to employees. There are 153 valid responses. The percentage of valid respondents is 51%. Base on the confirmatory factor analysis, description statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis used in the study, we concluded the following results. 1. Employees’ self-efficacy has positive effect on the employees’ knowledge sharing. 2. Employees’ knowledge sharing has positive effect on the employees’ proactive activities. 3. Employees’ knowledge sharing has partially mediating effect on the elf-efficacy and proactive activities.
