The use of information systems shift all medical institutions are currently strongly promote the way, previous studies have shown that shift care information of the continuity, integrity and quality of care nursing shorter working hours than the traditional benefits of good oral mode.This study is intended to shift the import of nursing information systems job performance and satisfaction of the study. The study collected quantitative research, a sample object in a southern regional hospital, 253 valid questionnaires, and descriptive statistics, averages analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. The research can be divided into facets: task characteristics, technological characteristics, information quality, system quality and service quality as the independent variable; science and technology adaptation and user satisfaction of both items is the dependent variable independent variable; performance compared with conventional machine dependent variables were analyzed. According to the result, upgrade task characteristics, information quality, system quality, service quality, technology adaptation and user satisfaction degree. Technology adaptation of the dimensions of each study the explanatory power of 76.2%; user satisfaction explanatory power is 78.6%; 76.8% explanatory power of performance then the resutlt is representative. The study suggests that development of smart mobile devices and software providers continued development of APP system, many government agencies and private companies think about how can work with smart mobile device integration, to enhance job performance units. In terms of medical institutions, the shift information systems must be imported from the operator can be used as the future of health care institutions to promote the shift or modify information systems plan to import a reference.
