The researcher use semi-structured depth interviews to collect research data. To investigate the relationship between work values, job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of the anti-corruption volunteers. The main purpose is to know that how to maintain the passion of volunteers, and make the volunteers to get the sustainable development in the future. Conclusions of this study are as follows: First, in this study, high satisfaction with the "motivation"," growth of learning", "communication and coordination", "independent work", "assignment", "work achievements", "responsibilities", "social support", "social identity" and "working environment". At the same time, "welfare " and "work incentives" are low . Overall, the satisfaction of anti-corruption volunteer is still high. Second, the satisfaction of "emotional commitment" , "normative commitment" and "continued commitment" is high. Overall, the organizational commitment of anti-corruption volunteer is high. Third, there is the positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment as a result of high integrity volunteer job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Recommendations of this study as follows: First, strengthen on-job training and in-service education. Second, raise funds from multiple sources to integrate the related resources and to elaborate the greatest benefits. Third, recruit new members to join in the independent commission anti-corruption volunteer organization, enabling organizations to preserve their viability and sustainable development. Fourth, in cooperation with the high schools and vocational schools, combine civic and sociological processes, and bring the implementation of anti-corruption corruption and integrity of education into force, creating the win-win cooperation of students, school and integrity. Fifth, the anti-corruption education volunteers should responsible for guiding newcomers. The volunteers authorized independent planning, and conduct anti-corruption corruption activities. Sixth, the association of anti-corruption volunteer is necessary. The main purpose is to enhance the overall effectiveness and integrity of the volunteers. Seven, timely recognize the outstanding integrity volunteers in public can motivate working morale and agglomerate centripetal force. Eight, develop "Whistleblowing Protection Act" to strengthen the safety and protection to those who whistleblowing as soon as possible. In order to encourage volunteers and the general public to develop honest moral courage to come forward to criminal cases, enhanced features and benefits of external oversight. Nine, to enhance the legal hierarchy of " General Description on National Integrity Building Action Plan " , integrate pluralistic strategy and resources, and construct national mechanisms of all the people involved in promoting. The main purpose is to enhance the rectitude of the country and overall competitiveness.
