碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === The aging population has already marked as the social characteristics worldwide. In Taiwan, the aging population is increasing inevitably. The deteriorated body function and increased demand of medical care are followed. The objective of a healthy senior is to prevent any disease caught. The right health care project for seniors may properly eliminate the pressure, calm the emotion, and improve the sleeping quality. Under the impact of aging population, this study is mainly focused the demands of metropolitan seniors for health care. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect the empirical data and a total number of 120 usable samples were obtained. This study has adopted SPSS for Windows as the tool for statistical analysis. The research methods are frequency distribution, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and subsequent inspection, Pearson correlated analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis. The results indicated that all the selected variables, health care locations, healthy foods, leisure traveling and spiritual aspect are in trustworthy range. The regression analysis shown the health care variables to the demands of seniors are significant related which indicate the hypnosis of the study is trustful. The major suggestion to the seniors of this study is to clarify the needs for the retired life. For the potential runner of health care service, the convenient location, well trained employee, proper fee, various healthy foods, arrangement of travelling, professional consulting in religion, psychology, and health care, teaching hospital treatment should be considered in advance.
