Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === Recently, the automobile industry is demanding the manufacturers/suppliers to adopt a more strict system & manufacture process, and required all manufacturers/suppliers to obtain an ISO/TS16949 certification. There are several different requirements in ISO/TS16949 and ISO 9000, especially that ISO/TS16949 certified company must incorporated five core tools. This will ensure the components to have systemically good control in quality when product is in the early design stage, production, inspection and mass production. In order to set up a proper product development process, the five core tools (APQP, PPAP, FEMA, SPC and MSA) must be utilized as they are the critical factors to succeed in ISO/TS16946. This paper is trying to combine the five core tools requirements of ISO/TS16949 and developing the NEW product development of coaxial connector, and to raise out the application of ISO/TS19649. Through a proper adoption of NEW product development process, the design & the capability of NEW development of coaxial connector should be enhanced. There is a strong complete linkage in executing the five requirements of ISO/TS16949 and each manufacturing process. When execute till the last stage, all data should be feed back to the above procedures. In this way, it will prevent the previous mistakes to happen once again in future and it will reduce all the unnecessary waste, and also reduce the NEW product development timing. Finally at the end, to achieve the requirement of total customer satisfaction. Key words:ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
