Undeniably, the military always plays a high attention role in the society. It is necessary to discuss adult's mind regarding soldier's leadership, organizational climate and happiness. This study firstly compare the difference between leadership style and organizational climate among different variables of samples (i.e., age, educational background, marriage ). Secondly, using Pearon's product monent correlation analysis to analyze the relation between leadership and organizational climate. Finally, finding the relations between leadership style and organizational climate to the happiness of soldiers. In the future, this study could be acted as a reference to the millitary. According to the results, transactional leadership is more important than transformational leadership, especially salary, promotion and the management system. On the organizational cimate hand, substance rewards has a high influence. Besides, human feelings and transformational leadership are have the strongest positive relation to the happiness. Finally, when the leadership is acceptable, happiness shows positive, whether transactional leadership or transformational leadership.
