Purpose of this study: First, shows that China in promoting school health promotion program development process and related measures; secondly through case studies and empirical research to understand the way schools and hospitals implemented jointly with the interaction between postural health plans, as well as its practical effect ; Finally, findings and policy recommendations based on the findings of the empirical case . The literature review, will work together with public and private health-promoting school concept as the theoretical basis for this theory baking a specific orientation. The present case study, the researchers in Shan-Ding elementary school students as the main object of study, jointly by the Shan-Ding elementary school and the Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital on the dynamic postural health plan. Case against cognitive questionnaire, fitness and body position before, after the test, the middle course through advocacy intervention. Finally, quantitative analysis presented project results.
