Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 104 === With advances in technology and medical developments, Taiwan's death rate has decreased in recent years, the demand and consumption problems in the aging populations is gradually appeared. Through reviewing literature and compiling expert questionnaires to construct the five dimensions and 20 criteria of Experiential Marketing. In addition, use DEMATEL to clarify the interrelated relationships of dimensions and criteria. Study found that "kin relations" as the largest factors, and "Relate" as the dimensions of the main influence, "Act" as the main facets are affected. Therefore, this study indicates the following conclusions: First, the kin relations contributes directly affects retirees choose leisure activities. Secondly, retirees are more emphasis on the taste and visual senses when they make decision on leisure activities. Thirdly, positive emotional experience affects retirees choose leisure activities. Fourthly, surprise will affect retirees choose leisure activities. Finally, lifestyle changes and self-awareness affect retirees choose leisure activities.
