Moreover, as some large-scale public infrastructure construction projects are about to be completed, land prices in Yunlin County continue to increase, and a direct consequence is escalating property prices. The paper author, who works in the education sector, intends to delve into important factors that influence elementary school teachers’ decision-making in the property-buying process and use results of this research as a reference and related information for construction companies and elementary school teachers who wish to purchase properties. As revealed by research results, “female” elementary school teachers pay more attention to and have more concerns about many property-buying decision-making factors compared to their male counterparts. The canindicate a new milestone for females’ rising status in making property-buying decisions. In addition, when consumers are making property-buying decisions, people of different marital status exhibit significant difference in their property-buying decisions. To be specific, “unmarried” interviewees are more concerned about the “financial aspect” than “married” interviewees are.
