This can lead to high stress, job emotion and job burnout. Previous studies found that job stresses can include high workload, role ambiguity, customer conflict, work and family and low achievement. Work pressure will lead to a decline in job satisfaction, therefore, pessimistic towards job, leading to job burnout, low morale, and high leaving intention.
