It also explains the interaction of the balance between internal of human bodies and the environment. At first, this research is focused on the collecting literatures of the Five-elements theory. According to the documents, it is possible to integrate and analysis the cooperation of Five-elements between the human bodies, Nature-Based Therapy (NBT), and Therapeutic Landscape. In addition, in the 19 Century Benjamin Rush, United States Psychiatry physician, advance a new theory that human recover their health through the experiences with the natural environment. The concept of “going through the nature” can help the body recover energy, strength and spirits. Since the pace of modern living is very fast, so most of the people want to reduce the signs of their diseases quickly. Therefore, in order to achieve fast healing, they will focus on pathological changes of mainstream medicine and ignore factors arising from the disease. Fortunately, in recent years, medical sciences in Taiwan pay more and more attentions in natural treatment which including body, mind, spirits, and also in studying the interaction between humans and the environment. However, natural medicine and therapeutic landscape will be as the second major aspect of this paper. According to explanation of the literature, we try to establish a set of general design principles for landscape design by using the Five-elements. At the same time, the analysis of case studies based on the landscape components and five-elements is estimated. However, we hope that there will be more perfect medical places for healing and curing by applying the five-elements in Therapeutic Landscape. TSAI,JING-SHYAN 蔡靜嫺 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 119 zh-TW
